My name is Niamh Sweeney. As a copywriter, journalist and marketing communications consultant, I have over 14 years’ experience working in New York, Toronto, London and Dublin.
I graduated with a degree in Law from Trinity College Dublin. I then trained and worked in marketing communications for the Euroventure Group in North America and the UK and later, in business journalism, with Euromoney Institutional Investor in London and New York. Following my experience as an in-house business writer with Orbiscom in Dublin, I co-founded KnowledgeWorks, www.knowledgeworks.ie a research and communications business, which won the Mallin/Invent Start-up Award in 2003.
Today I work independently as a copywriter and marketing communications consultant and as an associate with Knowledgeworks. Although I’m based in Ireland’s beautiful North West, I work for clients all over Ireland and the UK, travelling when face-to-face meetings and workshops are needed. See www.niamhsweeney.com
